To install these font first you have to unzip the file and then open the fonts folder from the control panel and copy all the font to the fonts folder.
1) Go to - Control Panel -> Fonts = Copy all Fonts here.
2) Go to - Control Panel -> Regional & Language ->
Languages - Click install files (Including Thai) & click ok. (WindowsXp CD required)
3) Go to - Control Panel -> Regional & Language ->
Languages -> Details -> Add -> Arabic (Saudi Arabia) Keyboard.
